What's your immediate take on vitamins and other basic supplements ?

Let me start by saying that vitamins and minerals have been found to provide the human body with additional components needed to function properly or give peak performance.

Some people have to take them because they have a deficiency which is sometimes caused by internal body chemistry or some type of resistance. I won't get into exact causes of deficiencies right here but I thought it was worth making mention of the fact.

Some people take them because the meals they normally eat just aren't as nutrient rich as needed even under normal circumstances.

And some of us take them because we raise our caloric intake and need more vitamins and minerals to balance out all of the extra body chemistry needed to effectively and efficiently process those additional calories in order to make proper use of them.

I mean if we're going to eat all that food why not make the most of it, right ? It's like having that little, helpful edge..

Ultimately each of those nutrients ends up having a special function or job that they help aid in doing and I'm going to talk about that on my web page. So let's get a closer look at that and find out how important and worth it they really are.
