This topic actually has to do with what I do for a living outside of the fitness realm.
I started a Pressure Cleaning Business about 2-3 years ago and I figured I would enlighten some people with what I've learned from experience in this trade.
Before having you go to my web page to find out more, I just want to say that Pressure Cleaning is a serious business just like an other in the contracting and service trades.
Most consumers tend not to take this field seriously because they think that they can go to The Home Depot or Sears and get themselves a "residential" pressure washer for $400 and do what we do.
I'm here to tell you that in the long run you are not going to save yourself any money or aggravation attempting to do it yourself. As a matter of fact, in most cases after seeing what a professional service can do you will undoubtedly begin to wonder why you bothered buying a machine for in the first place.

Sad but true.. muscle "pumps" have just about nothing to do with your actual muscle building progress.
By the way, just in case you're kind of new to lifting weights.. when I say the phrase "muscle pump" I'm referring to that feeling of fullness in a muscle group right after performing a set or sets of resistance training exercises.
It's a great feeling but it just doesn't live up to all the hype that most people think.
I will say that when you look at those pumped up muscles after a lift and you feel the sensation it's gives, it does actually create some awesome motivation. It's like a natural high. As a matter of fact some bodybuilders seem to live for that temporary feeling and look that they get during and after their workouts. It's what keeps them coming back for more.
So at least no matter what, there is something positive about muscle pumps !

Yes there's more to lifting weights than just going through the motions..
How about throwing in some SAFETY !
When you go to the gym and you see the person next to you putting up 70 pounds more than you are on your calf raises and you know that what you're currently using is the level where you're supposed to be at according to your progress, then you shouldn't even go ahead and try to lift that heavier weight until you know for sure that you've lead up to using that greater amount. The title above makes glutamine sound really, really important, doesn't it ?

The fact is glutamine does more preserving of muscle tissue than it actually does building. There are other amino acids that build muscle better than glutamine.

And we need more than most individuals do.
